We are excited to celebrate the Grand Opening of our second Habitat Store on Friday, September 12! We will have food, family-friendly activities, and great deals on furniture, home goods, building materials, and more!
Come prepared to be on your feet, and please wear close-toed shoes. Please either wear a purple shirt or a Habitat for Humanity branded shirt.
Volunteers for this event can help in a number of ways, including:
- Direct cars as they park
- Help customers load cars
- Direct the check-out line
- Answer customer questions or find a staff member who can
- Help hand out food
- Share our mission at the outreach table
Parking details have been sent in a separate email.
Please be on time for your shift. We will begin each volunteer shift with a group huddle to answer any questions you may have and to pass out event T-shirts.
Lunch will be provided. If you sign up from 9-12, feel free to stick around to eat before leaving. If you sign up for 12-3, feel free to get here a little early to grab some lunch.
