We bring people together to build homes, community, and hope. Sharing a meal on the build site not only provides nourishment for hardworking volunteers, but it also allows time for fellowship and conversation. By providing meals to our construction volunteers, staff, and partner families, you are helping us build a stronger community.
Please arrive at our Washougal build site, located at 1605 H St. Washougal, WA 98671, a few minutes before noon, which is when our construction crew takes their lunch break. You will be able to spot our build site by finding the Evergreen Habitat for Humanity banner and a bright blue porta potty.
Habitat always provides:
- tables
- plates
- serving utensils
- bottled water
Plates, serving utensil and bottled water donations are always welcome. Meals can be provided by individuals or groups.
We will email you a few days before your scheduled volunteer day letting you know how many volunteers to expect and any food restrictions. Lunch donors who are able to bring an alternative for folks with food restrictions are always appreciated, but we understand this is not always easily achievable and understand if alternative options are not able to be provided.
We also welcome lunch and/or snack donations in our Clark County Habitat Store volunteers and staff. To donate food to the store, please coordinate with Miranda at volunteer@ehfh.org.
