We will have a community outreach booth at Vancouver's annual Peace & Justice Fair.
Volunteer responsibilities:
- Share Habitat's mission with the community. Promote volunteerism, homeownership program, and store.
- Represent Evergreen Habitat for Humanity with a positive attitude
- If you are no longer able to commit to your shift, please unregister or notify Miranda at volunteer@ehfh.org as soon as possible. We rely on volunteers for our community booths, and may have to cancel if we do not have volunteer support. We understand some cancellations will be due to unforeseen circumstances.
Time commitment:
- Two shifts available. You may sign up for one or both.
- Event runs from 10am-5pm.
- AM shift: 10am-1pm
- PM shift: 1pm-5pm
- Not required, but helpful: if morning shift is interested in picking up equipment prior to event and setting up, or if afternoon shift is interested in breaking down booth and bringing equipment by the office, please let us know, as that is always greatly appreciated.
