We could use a few helping hands at our Raising the Roof Benefit Breakfast on Tuesday, September 24. This is our most important event of the year gathering together 400(+) of our supporters at the Vancouver Hilton.
As folks enjoy a complimentary morning meal, Habitat families will share open and inspiring accounts of how their lives have been forever changed by Habitat’s affordable homeownership program. We will also be sharing some exciting updates on what Habitat has been up to and where we’re going in the next year.
Position responsibilities: Point person for Store & Women Build outreach tables. The Store outreach table volunteer will answer questions on how to volunteer, what volunteer opportunities are in the Store, the mission of the Store, donation knowledge, etc. The Women Build table will answer questions about our women build program and how to get involved.
Time frame of volunteer shift: 6:15am-7:30am. Volunteers are invited, but not required, to stay for the breakfast, which ends at 8:15am. If you wish to stay for breakfast, please email Miranda at volunteer@ehfh.org.
Location: Hilton Vancouver: 301 W 6th St, Vancouver, WA 98660. Please arrive in time to park and walk to the Hilton from your parking space. Parking is free until 8am.
